Yoga is an art and science that is over 5,000 years old.

Originating from India, the practices of yoga have been introduced to the Western world as a means to build strength and flexibility in the body, focus and consciousness in the mind, and openness and warmth of the heart.  Please view the schedule to see dates and times for the class most appropriate for you.  If you are new to the studio, please complete a profile online and contact me to indicate your first class!  I look forward to seeing you on the mat.


​Like a mythological hybrid, this class is half physical conditioning – exploring our body’s natural potential for movement – running, jumping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, twisting and turning; and half yoga focusing on breath and body alignment to help support both the strength and flexibility of the body mind and heart.  Classes are a collaborative effort with Chris Wilmot of Functional Fitness. New to Yoga

A six week introductory series where you will be introduced to the foundation of yoga with emphasis on safety in poses, breath and body awareness in a safe and comfortable environment.

This program is recommended for individuals who have little to no yoga experience and are curious about how the practice could benefit their body, their mind, and their overall health!

Pre-Registration is required.

Neighbour Yoga: Level 1


This class started with the neighbour’s curiosity and longing to try yoga and has since turned into a favourite class for all in the neighbourhood.  This is a level one Hatha yoga class designed for the individual seeking a friendly, non-intimidating environment.

The class introduces yoga poses with an alignment based and heart centered focus.  Emphasis is on standing poses with basic backbends, twists and seated poses to help support and build strength and flexibility.  Classes are themed to embody accessible practices of mindfulness that are applicable both on and off the yoga mat.
Mondays: 60 minutes (5:30-6:30pm)
Wednesdays: 90 minutes (5:30-7pm)

Morning Glo: Level 2 Flo

Start your day with a glo and get in the flo.  This is a 60 minute class that integrates the bio-mechanics of the body through the application of specific and powerful alignment principles with qualities of the heart. This class playfully explores advanced asana in all categories of poses including inversions, deeper backbends, forward bends, arm balances and hip openers.

Wild Lotus: Hatha & Hot Tub Level 3

A two hour advanced Hatha yoga class for students who want to dive into a deeper understanding of yoga philosophy and yoga asana. Principles of alignment are applied to variations of inversions, arm balances and backbends. A regular practice is recommended.

Post class take a soak in the hot tub to relieve your muscles and relax your mind.
