Flying Yoga
BASE-ics & Learning to FLY

April 3rd, 10th, 24th
Mondays @ 7pm

Flying yoga is a dynamic and playful class based on the practices of AcroYoga that fuses the elements of acrobatics, yoga and therapeutics.   This class teaches you the skill and the confidence to base others as well as the freedom and trust of taking flight.  The class is a well balanced combination of movement, connection, and play. 

This class is for all ages, sizes and levels.  Some yoga experience is recommended.

This is a 3-part series.  Pre-Registration is required online.

Understanding the Postures with Steadiness and Ease

Thursday, April 13th, May 4th, June 1st

These classes will move through some of the basic poses with a greater understanding of how to embody them with both steadiness and ease.  You will learn how to bring strength balanced with flexibility in each pose while understanding some of the key alignment principles to experience freedom on the body.

These classes are for students who have a regular yoga practice and previous understanding of the poses as well as yoga teachers who want to refine their alignment understanding and cues for teaching.

Pre-Registration is required online.
